Construction Documentation Service

Construction Documentation
Disciplines we handle:
All Building Related AEC construction documentation such as:
 Architectural
 MEP
 Structural
 Library Creation
You may have at any time had an urgent project need or a surge volume of construction documentation work for some months or just don’t want to ramp up for a project. You may not want to manage drawing production but focus on the client and other aspects of the business and design.

It makes sense to have BluEntCAD tied in as your workshare partner for any such situation or just for regular outsourcing of construction documentation.

BluEntCAD Approach
CAD Drafting Service Architecture
Needs Analysis:
BluEntCAD Project Manager (PM) starts the engagement with the client; reviews the current standards; and defines the needs.

Define Scope and Responsibilities:
The most suitable engagement model and the workshare process are defined; roles and responsibilities are set in detail.

Tasks Allocation Process:
Project Manager (PM), Team Leader (TL) and Sr. Draftsperson analyze the project scope and allocate tasks to draftspersons; turnaround time (TAT) for each individual is set.

Employee Engagement Process:
Given the volume of the drafting, BluEntCAD shifts to the “Engagement Model” (BluEntCAD’s Internal Process of Resource Deployment), and increases the number of draft persons.

Quality Assurance Process:
We engage in-house BIM consultants for quality control. While working on SDs and DDs, our BIM experts identify potential spatial conflicts, if any.

Convergence Facilities:
Regular video and desktop conferencing between the teams (client and BluEntCAD) are set up in the overlap hours to go over design changes and marked up as redlines to be incorporated.

Final Quality Check:
Each draft goes through a series of quality control process. Members do cross quality check (QC) others work and share the findings. Sr. Draftsperson reviews the results. Finally, PM views the entire project in a single environment in BIM and proceeds to prepare Construction Documentation sets.
