A transition plan is drawn out; and cross training and knowledge transfer begin. Online meetings are held daily.
Step 2: PLAN
We review your current process and standards of documentation and prepare a scope and resource plan.
Step 5: TRANSFER
We follow high levels of standardization and customization. Live Projects with low priority tasks are channeled to the new team.
Step 3: BUILD
We jointly define the responsibilities and skills, deploy the correct team and in-house consultants for your need from our pool.
Step 6: OPERATE
Efficiency is reviewed and monitored. It improves higher complexity. Priority tasks are sent to the new team.
