How does the process work?

Our clients send us project specifications (dimensions, materials, colors, camera angle and number of renderings) for a quote. Work distribution and planning happens, followed by internal review before draft rendering are submitted to our clients. Final updates to the product images are based on clients’ markups or redlines.

Do you provide additional services?

Yes, such as lifestyle shots, product 360 deg. views, and furniture assembly animations.

Do you provide a draft render for review?

Yes, before we head to final render.

What will be the final rendering file format?

.jpeg and .tiff

Do you provide 3ds Max file or .obj file?

Yes. We can provide source files at a nominal cost.

What is your turnaround time?

Product render (each) = 1–2 working days

Lifestyle shot (each) = 2–3 working days

What file types do you accept?

JPG and PDF. If the product is already modeled, we work with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit and Rhino file formats. Basically .obj files.

Can you develop a rendering if only an image is provided?

Yes, but we will require overall product dimensions.

What is the mode of communication?

Emails and regular calls, also use of communication software like Microsoft Teams.

What platform do you use for file sharing?

We primarily use Dropbox.
