Junior Architect job description

BluEnt is searching for a skilled Junior Architect who would be responsible for leading architectural production from schematic design through construction documentation. The role focuses on developing high-quality construction drawing sets, coordinating with international clients and technical teams, ensuring quality assurance, and managing project documentation for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

-Strong understanding of residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and office projects
-Experience delivering construction documents for:
-Single-family and multi-family residential projects
-Commercial and hospitality developments
-Familiarity with USA and Canada architectural standards
-Exposure to Australia and New Zealand projects (preferred)

Requirements

Lead and manage projects from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Documentation (CD) stages.
Prepare, modify, and develop complete architectural construction drawing sets.
Coordinate with client design teams and technical/engineering consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings including Floor plans, Elevations, Building and wall sections, Reflected ceiling plans (RCP), Millwork details, and Architectural details & schedules.
Ensure design continuity, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
Manage project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
Review and check drawings for technical accuracy, code compliance, and completeness.
Maintain and enforce CAD standards, project setup, and troubleshoot CAD-related issues.
Implement and manage Quality Assurance (QA) processes for project documentation.
Handle client communication through emails, calls, and virtual coordination meetings.
Support team coordination, task management, and work allocation when required.
Work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality construction documents.
