Delivery Model Composed for the work, not assigned from a menu.

Teams are composed for the work rather than assigned from a fixed structure. What does not vary is the checking, the accountability and the commitment made at quoting.

How teams are composed

Teams are composed for the work. Production scale for casework volume and repeat programmes; senior detailers close to the shop for bespoke and factory-adjacent work. Most accounts are a blend.

The composition follows what the work requires. It is not offered as a menu, and a client is never asked where they would like the team located. Where a project carries procurement, union or data-residency requirements, those are captured through the enquiry so they can be accommodated.

Package routing document showing intake, production, check, review and issue as stages
Delivery is a defined sequence.

What holds across every engagement

Four things, on every account and every package.

Two-stage checking.
An independent check by someone other than the producer, then senior review before issue. Set out in the QA methodology.
A named senior reviewer in the client's time zone,
accountable for what ships.
A named account contact,
not a general queue.
A committed calendar date with every quote.
Agreed before work starts, against a defined scope.

Continuity

The risk a diligence reader is usually assessing is what happens when people change, on either side.

Conventions, corrections, construction defaults and reusable details are recorded in a Standards Record held on the account. It is versioned. When a detailer changes, the record does not. When a client's own detailing manager changes, the record is what the new one inherits.

That is the mechanism. It is unglamorous and it is the reason a second package starts closer to finished than a first.

What is not published

No composition menu.
Teams are composed for the work, and the arrangement is not offered as options to select from.
No ratios.
Checker-to-detailer ratios, staffing ratios and team structures are not published.
No cost structure.
No rate card, seat price, margin or delivery-cost breakdown.
No lead-time economics.
Turnaround is committed as a calendar date per package. The economics behind that commitment are not published.

These are operational matters between the practice and its delivery organisation. What a client contracts for is the deliverable, the date and the accountability, and those are all stated.
