Project Requirements
A two-story private residence in the French European style in an 8,500 sq. ft. area in South Barrington.
The client had preliminary sketches and needed design development and construction documentation support.
BluEnt provided support for the CD set development and submission of contract documents in AutoCAD.
Project Challenges
Design changes from the client occurred alongside the development of CD set by the BluEnt team.
The timeline was very short and strict.
We had to correlate the plans and draft the sectional elevations and details as per the building design.
Garage plans were provided with 2 options, considering the elevations of the building.

We started with the plans of all the levels, i.e., foundation plan, lower, first and second floor plan.
Completed the CD set with floor plans, elevations, cross sections, roof plans and electrical plans
CAD layers and standards were incorporated.
Project coordination and regular meetings were held with the client to discuss the design changes during the project cycle.
