FAQ.

How does the process work?

A kickoff call is scheduled to understand the requirements of each project. We then create 3D models and the initial draft, which is submitted to our clients, before we add more details and create cut lists. Modeling is done with parametric constraints and the final model is submitted after incorporating client comments.

How do you manage changes?

Any changes can be made within the model and we can get the drawings accordingly.

What are the 3D model exchange file formats?

.iges, .stp, and SolidWorks formats

Can we get .dxf and .dwg as an output?

Yes.

Can we get the weight calculation of the product?

Yes, if we have the exact material.

Can you help us with setting up the templates?

Yes, with an initial setup time of one week.

Do you provide draft submissions?

We can provide the 3D model once it is complete, before adding additional details to the parts.

What is the mode of communication?

Emails, weekly or bi-weekly calls, and communication software like Microsoft Teams.

What platform do you use for file sharing?

Dropbox and Bluebeam
