Before anything leaves the studio, the drawing is checked against the source documents, the job's own conventions, and the standards already on file for the account. This catches the kind of error that's obvious once someone other than the drafter looks at it.

A second, independent review by a senior reviewer - someone who did not draw the set - working in your time zone so queries land during your working day, not after it. On a retained account, the same reviewer checks your work consistently.

Individual reviewers are named to the account they work on, not published here - the role and the seniority are what matter to a first-time reader.

Your title block, layer standards, annotation conventions and the exceptions specific to your jobs, captured once and versioned from there. Every checker on every job checks against the same document, so a standard you set on package one doesn't have to be re-explained on package eleven.

Revisions are tracked against the version of the Standards Record they were checked against, so a change made on one job doesn't silently disappear on the next. Where a revision changes a standard rather than a single drawing, the Standards Record itself is updated and dated.
