Pricing Fixed prices per deliverable. Never an hourly meter.

We price per deliverable - per elevation, per room, per take-off - fixed before we start, with a committed calendar date attached. Here's why that beats an hourly rate, in your favour.

Why hourly rates are a trap built for you to fall into

An hourly rate looks simple until the invoice arrives, because the number that matters was never the rate - it was how many hours got billed against your package, and you have no way to check that until after the work is done.

A fixed price flips the risk the right way round. We carry the risk of getting the estimate wrong, not you - which is exactly why the price is fixed before a line gets drawn, not adjusted as we go.

What a quote looks like

A quote states the deliverable, the standard it's drawn to, what's included and excluded, and a committed calendar date - all before any commitment on your side. Nothing about the number is estimated after the fact.

The units we price in

Per elevation, per room, per sheet, per take-off, per model - whichever unit actually matches the deliverable you're buying, agreed at scoping against your real package rather than against a generic price list.

What moves a price

Platform, condition count, drawing complexity and the completeness of what you send all affect the quote - the same way they'd affect any detailer's estimate, fixed or hourly. The difference here is that all of it is priced before we start, not discovered along the way.

Answers

Common questions

Can you send a rate card?
No, and not because the number is a secret - because a per-hour or per-seat rate tells you nothing about what a specific package will cost until someone has actually looked at it. A fixed quote against your real package tells you more, sooner.
How fast can we get a quote?
Send the package and we'll come back with a fixed price and a committed calendar date - the exact turnaround depends on package size, described on the Turnaround page.
Does the price change once work starts?
The price is fixed against the scope agreed at quoting. Where the scope itself changes - more elevations, a different platform, added revisions beyond what was scoped - that change is quoted before it starts, not discovered on the invoice.
