Tight teams and active collaboration demand a certain type of behavior and attitude from the modern day professional. Whether one likes it or not, the corporate scenario unifies a group of individuals with a common set of goals. It must be understood that the non-achievement of a goal or a set of goals reflects failure, not in terms of individual potential, but in terms of achieving a collective mindset.
