BIM Architect job description

As a BIM Architect at BluEnt, you will lead international architectural projects (primarily in the US, UK, and Middle East), overseeing the full lifecycle from design development to construction documentation. With 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for BIM modeling, clash detection using Navisworks, and ensuring quality assurance across architectural and structural drawings. This role requires an expert command of Revit and AutoCAD, a degree in Architecture or Construction Technology, and the ability to manage direct client communications and project schedules in a global professional environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use good organization and communication skills in all aspects of job performance.
• BIM modeling, Client communication, Project handling, Project review, Quality Assurance.
• Create Construction / Architectural documents and Shop drawings using Revit Architecture & AutoCAD Architecture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Position requires a degree in Architecture, Construction technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience using AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills with US based clients.
