Project Requirements

Frank Meadows residence was in the initial design phase when the client approached BluEnt for design development (DD) support and drafting the DD set using AutoCAD.

The area of the residence was approx. 4,000 sq. ft., designed with three levels. The staircase, roof and window dormer were the key elements considered during the design phase.
The BluEnt Approach

We started with drafting of all unit plans: level 1, level 2 and level 3 from DXF to CAD.

Developed site plan grade section & worked on elevation design as per mansard roof.

Designed furniture plan of level 2 & resized the office size as per client comments.

Finalized dormer window location as per roof changes specified by client.

Regular meetings were held with the client to meet the project deadlines (15 days).
