Project Requirements
PrograF/X is a CAD vendor for Birchwood, Eagle Copters and other architectural companies. Their different project types include developing/drafting brochures, showhomes, custom specific projects, individual homes, aircraft-electrical drawings and conversion of structural drawings.
The BluEnt Approach
Projects were of different types, starting from brochures, individual homes, structural drawings, custom specific projects, sunrooms, etc. Every project type had its own specifications and guidelines to be followed and drafted accordingly.
Most of the drawings in the set were dependant and sequential. Hence, assigning more than one architect on a single drawing was challenging.
Volume of work was large and the project delivery timeline was very short.

Project submissions and deliverables within project timeline included redlines/markups and learning the CAD and design standards of the client.
Weekly meetings to review the progress of the projects were scheduled.
