Project Requirements
Studio 11 collaborated with BluEnt for complete drawing services, from design development to construction documentation, for their mixed-use building project “The Village”. This included food court, a sports bar, a co-working area, etc. in different levels of a building.
Project Challenges
The major challenges were to reflect the design concept in the drawing, take care of the technical coordination & ADA requirements, and make sure the design intent was not hampered at any stage.
