Project Brief

The Project Pinebush campus consists of two building blocks; the first block is Flex building block and second is Technical building block. The Technical building block with a gross area of 49,350 sq.ft. was in design phase and the building structure consisted of ground, second and third floor. The client was looking for a partner who could support them with design from initial concept plans and CAD drafting.

  • Design support (from initial concept plans) and CAD drafting for Pinebush Campus -Technical building block.

  • Correlated the plans and drafted the sectional elevations and details as per the building design.

  • Details of the drawings (scale, dimensions, formatting, standards, text etc.) had to be strictly based on the client’s instructions.

  • An issue-tracking template for project queries on day-to-day basis for easy understanding and coordination was maintained.
